PixelUnits is a business process outsourcing (BPO) company founded in 2021 and headquartered in Karachi, Pakistan. We provide outsourced customer support, inbound call handling, dispatch coordination, appointment booking, back-office operations, and related services to service-based businesses across the United States, Australia, Canada, and Ireland.

Enquiry and Contact Data

Retained for up to 24 months from the date of last contact, unless you become a client or request earlier deletion.

Client Data

Retained for the duration of the service engagement and for a reasonable period afterward to fulfill legal, financial, and contractual obligations.

Call Recordings

Retained in accordance with the terms agreed with the relevant client and applicable law. Typically between 6 and 12 months unless otherwise specified.

Website Analytics Data

Typically retained in aggregate or anonymized form for up to 26 months.

When personal data is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it securely in accordance with our internal data retention procedures.
