Scope of Services
PixelUnits provides outsourced customer support, dispatch coordination, and operational back-office assistance according to the scope defined in your engagement.

Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate operational requirements, escalation instructions, and any required system access for service delivery.
Clients must maintain lawful use of services and ensure that data shared with PixelUnits is appropriate for the intended workflows.
Fees & Billing
Service fees are billed based on the pricing and schedule agreed in writing. Billing terms, invoicing cycles, and payment due dates are outlined in client contracts.
Late payments may result in service interruption as allowed by agreement terms.
Term & Termination
Either party may terminate services according to notice periods and conditions defined in the signed agreement.
Upon termination, both parties will cooperate on transition activities, access revocation, and any agreed handoff procedures.
Data Security & Confidentiality
PixelUnits applies operational controls to protect confidential information and customer data used in service delivery.
Both parties agree to keep non-public business information confidential and use it only for authorized service purposes.
Intellectual Property
Each party retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property, systems, and materials.
Client-owned data, scripts, and workflows remain client property unless otherwise stated in writing.
Warranties & Liability
Services are provided in good faith and with commercially reasonable care based on agreed operational standards.
To the extent permitted by law, liability limits and exclusions are governed by the signed service agreement.
Indemnification
Each party is responsible for its own unlawful acts, misconduct, or contractual breaches and may be required to indemnify the other party as outlined in agreement terms.

These terms are governed by applicable law stated in your service agreement.
